Our QSE comitments

Guaranteeing the health and safety of our employees

For Rehlko, this priority is reflected in the identification and management of our risks and activities, the active participation of employees and the deployment of a health & safety culture.

Achieving targeted results allows us to prevent risks and protect our stakeholders. We are also taking the necessary measures to improve our safety culture.

Satisfying our customers

Our shared aim is to design, produce, deliver and improve our products, in order to guarantee a first-rate customer experience and satisfaction.

Reducing our environmental impact

We are acting to prevent the risk of accidental pollution, to reduce our energy use and our green house gas (GHG) emissions by implementing our low-carbon strategy. We are preserving resources by saving water, reducing, recycling and recovering our waste, promoting a circular economy and developing a responsible procurement policy.

Implementing continuous improvement actions

We are rolling-out a Lean and Operational Excellence culture within the company

Establishing a safety culture

The company, along with its partners, is deploying a safety culture based on our essential standard and specific processes for nuclear projects. These are set out in a detailed QAP (Quality Assurance Plan).

This safety culture is also reflected in the involvement of management and teams, skills monitoring and the qualification of our personnel, open communication both internally and externally, a disciplined and careful approach, a desire to get it right first time, the establishment of checks at different stages and specific vigilance points for fraud and counterfeiting.
